PHILOSOPHY IN LIFE

“Make improvements, not excuses. Seek respect, not attention.”
― Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart.

My philosophy in life is, don’t let yourself make excuses for not doing the things you want to do. Although life is not easy, I always find ways to do the things that are necessary to do especially when it comes to my studies. When there are requirements and other projects that I needed to do, I always make sure to submit it before the final deadline in order for me to proceed on the other things that I need to accomplish. If I am in the situation in where I felt that I can’t pass my project on time, I just continue on doing it and try to comply if I can pass it after the deadline and accept the consequences that my teacher might give me.

All of us have visions and attitudes toward life and the purpose of it. Human activities are limited by time, and death. But we forget this. We fill up our time with distractions, never asking whether they are important, whether we really find them of value. We must know how to make these distractions an inspiration for us to grow into a better person. Prove that these distractions are just part of the struggles that might strengthen us as an individual.

Learn to avoid making excuses instead, find ways to make improvements.
